By Ryan Weber, Lars Berglund & Christian Fredricsson. Planners and policymakers face the difficult task of working in a complex, interconnected and ever-changing world. First, it aims to give students an understanding of the distinctive features of urban and rural systems and the feedbacks between these systems (systems-thinking competence).
